PRN Urban Walks was founded by Q’art after over a decade of organising graffiti jams, local activism and public interventions. We watched the local scene grow from political slogans in the '90s to the murals you see today. Our team is led by people who not only grew up in these neighborhoods and watched the change as it was actively happening but also had a hand in contributing to it.

If this is your first time in Prishtina, this is a great place to begin. The route offers an easy introduction to the city through murals, architecture, cultural landmarks and neighbourhood life. You will see some of Prishtina’s familiar sights, but also discover the artworks, streets and local stories around them.
During this walk you will see how public art becomes part of everyday Prishtina, appearing on university buildings, neighbourhood walls and busy streets rather than inside a traditional gallery. Moving through Ulpiana, Dardania, Kurrizi and the university area, the route combines murals, neighbourhood life, cultural institutions and public spaces to show different sides of the city.
This walk is for anyone curious about the Prishtina that exists beyond its central squares and familiar landmarks. Beginning in Street B and moving toward the centre, the route follows different layers of the city through graffiti, public space, neighbourhood life and architecture. If you want to discover a city that is still evolving and see how its streets reflect that change, this is the walk for you.
Brutalist architecture, neighbourhoods, public squares, cultural landmarks, street art and railway infrastructure all become part of the same story. Rather than looking at each place separately, the route connects them and shows how the city has grown, shifted and continually reinvented itself. From Rilindja to the railway station, the walk explores places that are often passed without a second look, but hold important stories about Prishtina’s cultural and urban life.

The inclusion of the Rilindja complex and the railway station offers a perspective that is often missing from a traditional introduction to a city.
